1. Understand the vehicle structure and determine the best installation plan.

2. Confirm the installation position suitable for vehicle terminal host, GPS antenna, power off relay and other objects. (Note: Except for hanging accessories, the selection principle is hidden installation. The vehicle terminal should be installed in a stable, shockproof, waterproof, heat insulation, hidden place. When installing the GPS antenna, ensure that the receiving side of the GPS antenna faces upward, the horizontal inclination is no more than 15°, and there is no place above the antenna that is shielded by metal objects or that is not easily shielded by human beings.

3. Find the color and position of the power line (DC 12~24V) and ignition switch line (ACC) closest to the terminal and make a mark.

4. Start wiring after the installation position of each component is selected. (Note: The wiring should be neat and consistent with the original wiring of the vehicle. The wiring harness must be wrapped tightly with electrical tape to avoid the high temperature area and prevent the wiring harness from being squeezed by some moving parts. 5. Line connection. When connecting cables together, use a wire stripper to pull apart a section of exposed core of the original cable about 10 to 15mm, perforate the core head of the connected wire, and then wrap and tighten it. When a string connection is required, the two wires are divided into two strands and twisted with each other, and then connected to ensure a firm connection. The vehicle terminal should be connected with all the accessories, and the connectors should be aligned and inserted, and the output and input lines should be securely connected. (Note: all the newly opened exposed connection lines should be wrapped with waterproof electrical tape at last, so as to avoid oxidation and corrosion of the joints over time.)

6. Connect the host and then switch on the standby power supply. If the card needs to be replaced, follow the following procedures: Turn off the standby power supply -- pull out the host wiring harness (disconnect the main power supply) -- change the card -- connect the host wiring harness -- turn on the standby power supply.

7. Function of detection equipment: Power on test to check whether each indicator is normal: the yellow light (GSM signal) blinks once every three seconds as reading the SIM card, and the green light (GPS signal) blinks once every second as positioning.

8. Use the phone to dial the SIM card in the vehicle terminal. If the phone rings for four times, it will hang up and be regarded as the vehicle terminal system is normal.

9. Send a short message command to the SIM card in the vehicle terminal, and the machine replies with a short message "the command to shut down the engine has been executed". The vehicle will turn off immediately or cannot start normally, and the remote car lock function will be regarded as normal.

10. If you have the monitoring recording function, you also need to test whether the monitoring recording function works normally. (If there are other customized functions, please test whether they can be used properly after installation.)

11. After the test is completed, the terminal and the accessories are glued with high-strength double-sided adhesive, and then fastened with a cable tie. After the original restoration of all decorative panels and objects on the car, clean up the debris left by the car installation.
